新疆农业专利申请现状、存在的问题及对策

近年来,新疆农业专利申请与保护总体成效显著,农业专利申请量稳步增长,专利申请特色明显、区域集中,但仍存在农业专利申请量相对较少、质量偏低、专利申请存在结构性失衡、专利推广和应用率低等问题,针对问题文章提出了建立农业专利基金,加强政策宏观调控,完善专利管理、服务体系,完善专利申请激励机制等措施,以促进新疆农业专利申请与保护工作顺利开展。

Current Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Patent Application in Xinjiang

In Xinjiang, the property apphcation and protection of agricultural patents are now worked effectively. The quantities of agricultural patent application are increased gradually, patent applications have notable features, and the regional areas are relatively concentrated. Whereas, there are still some problems, such as the quality and quantities of agricultural patent applications are not high, the applications＇ structural is unbalanced, the spread and application ratio is inefficiency. Through establishing agricultural patent funds, strengthening the governmental regulation and control, perfecting the patent management and service system, perfecting the patent application incentive mechanism, problem mentioned above can be resolved effectively.
