浙江省种蜂场经营模式比较及经验启示

作为种子繁育、推广的重要节点,育种场的经营状况对种业的发展有着重要的影响。文章以浙江省3家主要的种蜂场为调研对象,从成立背景、经营现状、运作模式以及遇到的困难等方面进行了分析和比较,对不同组织架构和运作模式下种蜂场运作的经验启示进行了总结,研究认为,以企业经营为主体、政府的引导和扶持为支撑,并依靠科技创新不断培育适应市场需要的新品种,提升核心竞争力,是种蜂场顺利发展的关键所在。

Comparison of Management Patterns of Bee Breeding Station in Zhejiang Province and Experience and Enlightenment

Being key joint of seed propagation and extension, status of management of breeding station influenced the development of seed industry. Taking 3 bee breeding stations in Zhejiang province as example, background of setting up, status of management, operating mode, and difficulty they faced were analyzed and compared. Operating experiences of bee breeding station of different structure and different operating mode were summarized. The study concluded that key points of bee breeding station developing successfully lay on such things, i.e., taking enterprise as business entities, strengthening the government guidance and support, breeding new varieties suit the need of market, and boost core competitiveness.
