| Abstract: | Aquatic feed quality is one of the key factors of affecting the ecological system, aquaculture, animal disease resistance and quality of aquatic products. The effects of aquatic feed on aquatic product safety and quality, the hot spots of research on aquatic feed were presented. The application and challenges of probiotics in aquaculture feed were summarized in this paper. |
