| 摘 要： | 以西归总黄酮含量为考察指标,通过正交试验确定其最佳提取工艺。结果表明,西归总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为：70%乙醇为提取剂,固液比1：20,提取2次（60min/次）。

| Abstract: | With total flavonoids from Seselopsis as the investigated index,its optimum extraction process was determined through orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum extraction process for total flavonoids from Seselopsis was 70% ethanol as extractant with solid-liquid ratio of 1:20 and extraction times of 2(60 min/time). |
