文昌街西段打通工程对东北林业大学声环境影响分析

摘    要:介绍文昌街西段打通工程及其与环境敏感点东北林业大学的关系,工程穿过东北林业大学校区,将完整的大学校园一分为二,构成对校园生境的切割,使校园景观破碎化,并对校园正常的物流、能流、信息流产生屏蔽、过滤和阻隔的作用。导致校园布局完整性受损,景观协调性、综合性、科学性和美感降低,使得自然度(I)、鲜明度(V)、协调性(U)3个景观要素在工程建设后均有不同程度降低,整体景观质量明显下降。分别从声环境的施工期、声环境的运营期、振动、校园布局完整性、景观协调性、林业示范基地和公众参与等方面分析工程对声环境敏感点东北林业大学的影响,提出可行的对策和建议。

Abstract:Relationship between West Part of Wenchang Street Project and Northeast Forestry University was introduced. The project penetrated through the area of Northeast Forestry University and cut the whole school into two parts, which composed school environment cutting and made the landscape broken. In addition logistics, energy flow and information flow were shielded, filtered and prevented. So the integrity of school was damaged and the coordination, comprehensiveness, scientific nature and aesthetic feeling were decreased resulting in naturalness (I), distinctive nature (V) and coordination (U), which are the main landscape elements, decreasing to some extent aider the project and the whole landscape quality decreasing. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from analyzing acoustic environmental construction period, acoustic environmental operation period, vibration, integrity of the school arrangement, landscape coordination forestry demonstration base and public participation.
