木工宽带砂光机调节操作人机界面的优化研究

摘    要:为了优化木工宽带砂光机调节操作人机界面 ,该文通过自制的操作扭矩虚拟测试系统 ,测试研究了定厚调节旋钮的操作人机界面参数对操作扭矩的影响 .结果表明 :旋钮形状和直径对操作扭矩的影响非常显著 ;旋钮形状C的操作扭矩最大 ,直径越大 ,其差别比较明显 ,其次是形状A ,形状B最不利于操作 ;操作扭矩随着直径的增加而增大 ,当直径超过 75mm时 ,操作扭矩反而下降 .在实验的旋钮中 ,形状C、直径 75mm的旋钮最佳 ;旋钮安装高度对操作扭矩影响显著 ,旋钮高 85 0mm和站立位置坐标为 (- 2 0 0 ,5 0 0 )时能获得最大操作扭矩

Abstract:To optimize the man machine adjusting interface of wide belt sander for wood working industry, the authors developed a virtual measuring system for adjusting torque, tested and analyzed the effects of the parameters of the man machine adjusting interface on adjusting torque with this system. The results indicate that the effects of shape and diameter of the adjusting knob on adjusting torque are significant. Among the three shapes tested, the shape “C" produces the maximum adjusting torque, the shape “A" follows, and the shape “B" produces the minimum adjusting torque.The adjusting torque increases with the increase of the knob diameter.But the adjusting torque decreases when the knob diameter is larger than 75 mm. The knob of shape “C" and diameter 75 mm is the optimum one for sander adjusting. The effect of fixed height of adjusting knob on adjusting torque is significant, the maximum adjusting torque can be obtained while the fixed height is 850 mm and the standing position is (-200 mm,500 mm).
