摘    要:燕平为实生选优获得的大果型燕山板栗品种,果实综合性状优良,适应性强。该品种平均单果质量为12.05g。每苞含坚果2.8个,刺束中密,较短。坚果果皮红褐色,果面光滑美观,有光泽。果肉黄色,质地细糯,风味香甜,总糖含量7.7%,淀粉34.1%,粗纤维1.60%,脂肪1.7%,蛋白质5.12%。内果皮易剥离。雌花易形成,北京地区9月下旬为最佳采收期。

Abstract:Yanping was selected from the seedlings of wild chestnut. Its is a large chestnut cultivar. The nut mass 12.05 g on average. There are 2.8 nuts in every developed prickly burr. Pricks are short. The nut skin is red-brown, smooth, and looks beautiful. The flesh is yellow, sticky, fragrant and sweet, with a total sugar content of 7.7%, starch content of 34.1%,crude fiber content of 1.60%,fats content of 1.7%,and protein content of 5.12%. It is easy to strip the endocarp of nut. The trees are adaptable to growing conditions and easily form female flowers. It ripens in late-September in Beijing area.
