枣园生草对土壤微生物多样性的影响

摘    要:利用平板计数法和氯仿熏蒸法分别对生草覆盖管理模式下枣园土壤中细菌、真菌、放线菌和土壤微生物生物量C和N进行了研究。结果表明:不同物候期内生草模式下的土壤微生物多样性与对照显著差异,其中萌芽期内细菌数量显著高于对照,生物量C含量极显著高于对照;新梢停长期内细菌、真菌和放线菌数量均显著高于对照,生物量C、N含量均高于对照,且生物量C呈极显著水平;落叶期内细菌和真菌数量与对照的差异达极显著水平,生物量C、N含量高于对照,且生物量C呈极显著水平。枣园生草对增加土壤中微生物含量和生物多样性具有显著的促进作用。

Effects of Grass in Ziziphus jujube Orchard on Microbial Diversity in Soil
Abstract:Using methods of plate counting and chloroform fumigation to study Ziziphus jujube orchard,bacteria, fungi,actinomycetes and microbial biomass C and N with sod in soil were studied.Experimental data shows that significant differences of microbial diversity in different phenology with sod culture.Germinating stage,the number of bacteria is significantly higher than that of the control,biomass C,N content is higher than that of the control. Shoots with holding stage,the number of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes are significantly higher than that of the control,biomass C,N content is higher than that of the control and biomass C is highly significant.Defoliation stage,differences in the number of bacteria and fungi control significantly,biomass C,N content is higher than that of the control and biomass C is highly significant.It can clearly be seen that sod culture in Ziziphusjujube orchard can significantly increase the content of microorganisms in soil and biodiversity.
