美国红枫组培苗生根移栽试验

摘    要:以美国红枫微茎段为试验材料,研究生根基质、炼苗时间、育苗基质、育苗穴盘类型等因素对美国红枫组培苗生根移栽影响。结果表明:用以草炭土为基质的培养基代替琼脂培养基对美国红枫生根率影响差异不大;生根后炼苗3d时的移栽成活率最高;以1号基质(进口草炭土∶珍珠岩=2∶1)为育苗基质的美国红枫组培苗移栽成活率最高且长势最好;以32孔的穴盘成活率较高,且便于后期养护管理。

Rooting Transplanting Experiments of Acer rubrum
Abstract:Taking stem fragment of Acerrubrum as test materials,effects of rooting matrices,hardening time of pla-ntlets,nursery matrix,nursery plug type and other factors on rooting transplanting of Acer rubrum were studied. Result shows that the difference of culture medium for peat soil as a substrate in place of agar medium for the roo-ting rate of Acerrubrum is insignificant;the survival rate of hardening for three days after rooting are the highest;No.1 matrix (imported peat:pearl rock = 2:1)for the seedling survival rate of transplanting tissue culture sub-strate is highest and grow best;survival rate of the holed plate with 32 cave is higher,and easy to manage in the later period.
