| 摘 要： | 以不施肥(处理A)和施用烟草专用配方肥(处理B)为对照,研究施用缓释肥料M和N对烤烟茎尖和根尖内源激素含量的影响.结果表明,施用缓释肥料M或N较不施肥处理显著提高茎尖和根尖的IAA、GA3、ZR含量,降低茎尖和根尖的ABA含量.移栽45 d后,茎尖和根尖IAA、GA3含量达到峰值,茎尖的ZR、ABA含量在移栽后60 d达到峰值.打顶后,根尖IAA、GA3、ZR含量稍有升高,ABA含量则下降. |

| Abstract: | Effects of slow-release fertilizer M and slow-release fertilizer N on the contents of endogenous plant hormones in shoot-tip and root-tip of flue-cured tobacco were studied,compared with the 2 treatments of non-fertilizer treatment(treatment A) and treatment of employing tobacco special fertilizer(treatment B) .
