天然着色添加剂提高鹌鹑蛋黄品质的研究

摘    要:将120只健康产蛋鹌鹑分为2组,每组60只.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂含天然着色添加剂0.7%的基础日粮.试验期15d,探讨天然着色添加剂对鹌鹑蛋黄品质的影响效果.结果表明,试验组蛋黄色泽度比对照组平均提高约5个级别(P〈0.01);蛋黄指数也明显提高(P〈0.01).鹌鹑蛋盐化后,同组蛋黄色泽度比盐化前鲜蛋明显提高(P〈0.05),蛋黄指数显著提高(P〈0.01);试验组蛋黄色泽度和蛋黄指数极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01).试验组产蛋率比对照组高3.78%(P〉0.05),料蛋比下降3.9%.说明该天然着色添加剂对提高鹌鹁蛋黄品质有明显作用,具有推广应用价值.

Abstract:120 quails were randomly allotted into 2 groups,the controlled group was fed basal diet,while the treated group was fed basal diet added 0.7% natural complex additive.15 days of experiment led to,the results that RCF of treated group was improved about 5 levels than that of the controlled group(P<0.01) and yolk index was also improved significantly(P<0.01).RCF(P<0.05) and yolk index(P<0.01) of salted eggs improved that of the fresh eggs.And in treated groupt,he two indexes were also significant higher than those in controlled group(P<0.01).Furthermorel,aying rate in treated group was improved by 3.78% and feed-egg ratio decreased 3.9% compared to the control group,which indicated that natural complex additive can significantly improve the yolk qualities of quails and is worthy of applying in practice.
