摘    要:目的]补饲与补饲并添加0.67;果寡糖对伊犁母马泌乳量及血清生化指标的影响.方法]选取24匹年龄、胎次、泌乳期相同,体重、泌乳量相近的伊犁母马,随机分成三组,各组间产奶量、体重差异不显著.第一组为对照组,第二、三组为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组.对照组放牧;试验Ⅰ组放牧+精料;试验Ⅱ组放牧+精料+果寡糖(占精料量0.67;).结果]补饲精料并添加0.67;果寡糖的母马在20~40 d及40~60 d的泌乳量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);补饲母马在40~60 d泌乳量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);补饲与补饲并添加0.67;果寡糖母马血清白蛋白(Alb)、尿素氮(Bun)浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).其他血液生化指标没有显著性变化.结论]补饲及补饲并添加果寡糖母马泌乳量呈现逐步增加的趋势.

Effects of Supplementary Feeding Adding and on Milk Yield and Blood Serum Biochemical Index of Ili Mare Supplementary Feeding and Fructo-oligosaccharide
Abstract:【Objective and Method】The experiment was carried out to select 24 Ili Mares whose ages,foetus order,the lactation period were the same,body weight,milk yield were close.They were divided into three groups randomly.Every group has not significant difference in milk yield and body weight.The first group is a control group,second,three groups for experimental groups.The control group:grazing;The first group:grazing+concentrated feeding;the second group:grazing+concentrated feeding+Fructo-oligosaccharide(Accounting for 0.67% of concentrated feeding).Researches the effects on milk yield and blood serum of supplementary feeding and supplementary feeding adding 0.67% Fructo-oligosaccharide on Ili mare.【Result】This result shows: the milk yield of supplementary feeding adding Fructo-oligosaccharide in 20-40 d and 40-60 d were obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The milk yield of supplementary feeding in 40-60 d were obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Blood serum concentration(Alb,Bun) in the group of supplementary feeding and supplementary feeding adding Fructo-oligosaccharide was obviously higher than the that of control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】But there was no significant difference in the other Blood Biochemical Indexes.
