干燥活性炭的新炉型

本文阐述应用于活性炭生产的双层干燥炉的结构、设计,其具有生产成本低,热利用率高等优点。比单层干燥炉的干燥速率大一倍多,并且受气候影响较小,是目前小型活性炭厂干燥活性炭较理想的设备,该干燥炉在福建泰宁县第三化工厂投产二年多来,炉子保持完好,工人的劳动生产率大大提高,从根本上解决了湿活性炭的干燥难题。

A New Type of Furnace for Drying Activated Carbon

The structure and design of a double-storey drying furnace used in the production of activated carbon are expounded. This type of furnace has many ad antagds: the low cost of production and the high utilisation ratio of heat energy. At pcesent it is a desirable apparatus used for drying activated carbon in small scale activated carbon factories. The drying rate of such furnace is more than twice that of a single-storey drying furnace and is less affected by weather changes. The furance has been running well for more than two years since it went into operation in Taining No.3 Chemical Plant, Taining, Fujian, and has resulted in a greatly increased labour proeuctivity.
