| 摘 要： | 农地产权制度对耕地资源可持续利用具有显著的影响。本文通过对我国现行农地产权制度中不利于耕地资源可持续利用的因素进行分析，结合我国的具体国情，从促进耕地资源可持续利用的角度，提出我国农地产权制度创新构想。
