倷的授粉生物学

摘    要:的花粉萌发率低,适量添加2,4-D、NAA.GA3、硼酸、钼酸铵均能促进其花粉萌发.低温加干燥剂贮藏花粉可保持花粉的萌发力.在开花后3d内有很高的授粉能力.其中当天座果率达44.44%,花后第4d授粉能力下降.授粉后4h,已有部分花粉管穿过花技进入子房.经32-48h左右,大部分完成授粉受精过程.

Abstract:The percentage of pollen germination in nane was low. The pollen germination could be promoted by adding proper quantities of 2,4-D, NAA, GA3, boric acid or ammonium molybdate, respectively.Its germination power remained under the condition of low temperature and desiccant.The pollination ability was high within three days after flowering, especially on the day of flowering, whose setting percentage reached as high as 44.4%, while the pollination ability decreased in the 4th day after anthesis. on the fourth hour after pollination, some pollen tubes had passed througth the style and then entered the ovary. About 32-48 hours later, the fertilization process finished.
