| 摘 要： | 随着集体林权制度改革逐步深入,全省林地、林木权属已走向多元化,同时,管理难度加大。为了适应目前或今后一个时期加强森林资源管理,用好森林资源,提高林农经济收入,笔者提出了以下几点建设性构想。

| Abstract: | Along with reforming the collective forest property right,all the provincial forest land and the forest property right were transfered to the multiplication,at the same time,it enlarge the difficulty to manage the forest.In order to adapt to the present time or the coming period,the forest resource management should be strengthened,the forest resources should be used reasonably,the forest worker's income should be increased,constructive conception was proposed. |
