中西医结合治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎不孕症的疗效及其分析

目的]探讨中西医结合治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎不孕症的效果。方法]根据抑菌试验的结果，使用中药“复方益孕液”＋乳酸环丙沙星为试验组。土霉素或生理盐水为对照组。采用子宫内灌注法治疗81例患有不同类型子宫内膜炎的奶牛，并验证中西医结合临床效果，同时利用电化学发光免疫方法对部分患病牛治疗前后血清雌二醇（E2）和孕酮（P4）水平进行检测。结果]试验组46头奶牛使用“复方益孕液”＋乳酸环丙沙星的有效率为91．3％，受胎率为87．0％，显著高于土霉素对照组（68．6％）。慢性子宫内膜炎患牛在处理后血清中E2水平不断升高，最高值为（16．19±9．94）μg／ml，P4水平逐渐降低，最低值为（1．26±1．03）ng／ml。结论]“复方益孕液”＋乳酸环丙沙星具有抗菌消炎、诱导发情和提高受胎率的作用。
