蟹味菇组织培养及分泌胞外酶研究

目的]探讨蟹味菇高产栽培技术。方法]通过实验室内子实体组织分离培养获得健壮的菌种，并对茵种进行纯化、保存，采用深层培养方法进行液体发酵。结果]结果表明，蟹味菇较易进行组织培养，污染率小，可获得优良菌株；蟹味菇胞外高产木聚糖酶，但不分泌漆酶。结论]该研究为蟹味菇的深入研究提供相关地基础资料。

Research on Tissue Culture and Cell Ectoenzym Secretion from Hypsizygus marmoreus
