| 摘 要： | 统计和分析了1989年在平南试验站进行的小型拖拉机500小时可靠性试验的结果,表明我国小型拖拉机目前存在着密封性能差,焊接、热处理质量不好以及故障密度上升等质量问题,提出了提高小型拖拉机产品质量的一些具体意见。

Analysis on Results of 500 Hours Reliability Test for Small Tractors in China |

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the results of 500-hour reliability experi-ment for the small tractors carried in Pingnan test centre in 1989, which showsfollowing problems existed in the small tractors made in China: the sealing isnot good enough, the qualities for welding and heat treatment of the parts arenot up to the mark. the failure density increases etc. Some prososals for im-proving the product quality of small tractors are also offered. |
