用基尼系数评价天津市餐饮企业营业额的均衡程度

以洛伦兹曲线为基础的基尼系数作为联合国规定的社会经济发展的指标之一，是一种常用的统计分析方法，它可以分析一切分配问题和均衡程度问题。切块法和函数法是两种常用的计算基尼系数的方法，其中函数法通过选择最佳拟合曲线拟合洛伦兹曲线，然后利用最小二乘法得出拟合曲线方程的系数，再利用定积分的几何意义便可计算出相应的基尼系数的值。以1996年天津市1162个餐饮企业的营业收入为研究对象，用这两种方法分别计算其基尼系数。结果显示，用2种方法得出的基尼系数值相差不大，均表明营业收入分配差异显著。

Evaluating Balance Degree of Tianjin Catering Business' Turnover in 1996 with Jenny Coefficient

It's a common statistical method to take Jenny coefficient which based on Laurance curve as the set quota, stipulated by UN, to appraise socioeconomic development. This method can be utilized to analyze all distribution problems and balance degree problems. Both tangency piece method and function method are common methods to calculate Jenny coefficient. The calculating procedure of function method follows. First, the best simulate curve is selected to imitate Laurance curve. Then the coefficient of simulate curve equation is got by Lease squares estimation. In the end, the corresponding value of Jenny coefficient is figured out by the geometric meaning of definite integral. In this paper, the turnover of Tianjin catering business in 1996 was chosen as the study object. The above two methods are introduced to determine the value of Jenny coefficient. The results of calculation show that the values of Jenny coefficient got by the two methods are similar. Both indicate the distribution differences of turnover are obvious.
