外出务工经历对农村居民社区建设需求的影响

农村社区建设一直是学界关注的热点，通过江苏省 13个县的调查问卷数据，分析有无外出务工经历的两类农村居民在基础设施、公共服务、社区治理、社区文化和社区环境建设等五个方面的需求状况。结果表明:有无外出务工经历的农村居民在社区建设需求上存在显著差异，有外出务工经历的农村居民对社区建设的总体需求明显高于无外出务工经历的农村居民 ,其对农村社区基础设施的需求度最高，对医疗卫生建设的需求度较高；不同地区有无外出务工经历的农村居民对社区建设的需求也存在差异。在此基础上，提出提升社区建设服务水平的针对性措施。

The Influence of Migrant Work Experience on Rural Residents' Community Construction Needs

Rural community construction has always been the focus of academic circles. Based on questionnaire data from 13 counties in Jiangsu province, this paper analyzes the needs of two types of rural residents with or without migrant work experience in five aspects: infrastructure, public service, community governance, community culture and community environment construction. The findings show that rural residents who have migrant experience have highest demand for infrastructure and higher demand for medical and health construction. Rural residents with or without migrant work experience in different areas also have different needs for community construction. And on this basis, targeted measures are put forward to promote the community construction .
