| 摘 要： | 应用ＭＴＴ比色法，以Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６系小鼠脾细胞作为测定细胞，检测了ＳＲＢＣ和ＰＲＢＣ及自其表面提取的ＣＤ５８对猪ＰＢＭＣ分泌ＩＬ－２的作用，结果表明，上述ＲＢＣ和ＣＤ５８对ＰＨＡ－Ｐ诱导的猪ＰＢＭＣ分泌ＩＬ－２具有显著或极显著的协同作用（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），单独作用也可引起猪ＲＢＭＣ分泌ＩＬ－２，其协同或单独诱导作用均具有剂量依赖性。同时证明来自猪和绵羊的ＲＢＣ及ＣＤ５８的上述作用间无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提出ＣＤ５８对猪ＰＢＭＣ的活化与特异性活化机制相似，依赖于ＩＬ－２基因点的激活。

| Abstract: | Using MTT colorimetric assay and the PHA P stimulated spleen cells of C57BL/6 mice, the effects of SRBC and the CD58 from them on the IL 2 secretion of pig PBMC were determined. The results show that all the RBC and CD58 used in this study have the significant co ordinating effect on the PHA P induced IL 2 secretion from pig PBMC ( P< 0 05) in a dose dependent manner. and They are able to induce IL 2secretion from the PBMC alone. The effect of PRBC and its CD58 have not significant difference/compared with that of SRBC and its CD58 ( P> 0 05). All above indicate that the mechanism of PBMC proliferation via CD58is similar with that via TCR CD3 complex, which is the IL 2 genes activation dependence. |
