| 摘 要： | 基于我国开展的营造林综合核查和林地年度变更调查工作,探讨利用遥感技术、抽样技术、数据分析技术对未成林造林地成林情况进行调查监测的方法,掌握未成林造林地质量、成效状况、成林面积及森林面积增长潜力,为加强营造林管理、科学培育森林资源提供依据,为森林面积增长年度评估提供支撑。

| Abstract: | Based on the work of integrated afforestation inspection and annual forest land Changed investigation in china, this paper discussed the methods of using remote sensing technique, sampling technique, data analysis technique to investigate and monitor the forest forming situation for un-closed afforestation land; and obtained the land quality and effective situation and forest forming area in un-closed afforestation land and the growth potential of forest area in order to provide the scientific basis for strengthening the afforestation management and cultivating forest resources and to provide support for the annual assessment of forest area growth. |
