摘 要: | 基于国内外粮食加工湿热处理技术的应用现状,分析研究当前国内湿热处理加工的核心设备、生产控制、参数选定、监管监控等关键技术,提出进口非转基因大豆湿热加工灭活处理的优化设计与制造技术以及监控监管技术的应用方案,供监管、加工、制造等有关部门借鉴或推广,共同促进我国粮食供应市场的稳定与安全。

Discussion on application of second generation heat-moisture treatment in quarantine supervision of imported conventional soybean |

Abstract: | Based on the application status of heat-moisture treatment technology in grain processing at home and abroad, the key technologies such as core equipment, production control, parameter selection, supervision and control of heat-moisture treatment in China were analyzed and studied. So this paper presented the application scheme of optimal design, manufacturing technology and supervision technology for inactivated heat-moisture treatment of imported conventional soybean, which could be used for reference or promotion by relevant departments such as supervision, processing and manufacturing, and jointly promote the stability and safety of grain supply market in China. |
