摘    要:本研究以不加药剂处理为对照,探究多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯、异菌氟啶胺、精甲咯菌腈4种药剂处理对苍术生长及产量的影响,为缓解苍术的连作障碍提供理论依据。结果表明,4种药剂处理均显著提高了苍术的出苗率(P<0.05)。苗期,吡唑醚菌酯处理显著提高了苍术的株高,较对照提高了67.90%。生长旺盛期,多菌灵及吡唑嘧菌酯处理下苍术叶绿素a (类胡萝卜素)含量显著高于对照,较对照分别提高了23.95% (14.85%)及17.88% (12.00%)。多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯及异菌氟啶胺处理下苍术叶绿素b含量均显著高于对照,较对照分别提高了41.95%、26.44%及17.91%。多菌灵及吡唑醚菌酯处理下苍术总叶绿素含量均显著高于对照,较对照分别提高了27.27%及19.45%。4种药剂处理均提高了苍术的产量,吡唑嘧菌酯下苍术产量最大(3537.67 kg/hm2),较对照提高了22.62%。综上,4种药剂处理均显著提高了苍术的出苗率,促进了苍术的生长,提高了苍术的产量。多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯及异菌氟啶胺这3种药剂处理更有益于苍术的生长。

Effects of different chemicals treatments on the growth and yield of Atractylodes lancea

Abstract:. In this study, the control of no chemical was used as a control to explore the effects of four chemical treatments of carbendazim, pyraclostrobin, isobactam, and methylfloxacin on the growth of Atractylodes lancea. The results would provide a theoretical basis for the continuous cropping disorder of Atractylodes lancea. The results showed that the four kinds of chemical treatments significantly improved the emergence rate of Atractylodes lancea (P<0.05). At the seedling stage, pyraclostrobin treatment significantly increased the plant height of Atractylodes lancea, which was 67.90% higher than the control. During the vigorous growth period, the content of chlorophyll a (carotenoid) in Atractylodes Rhizoma treated with carbendazim and pyraclostrobin was significantly higher than that of the control, which were increased by 23.95% (14.85%) and 17.88% (12.00%) respectively. The contents of chlorophyll b in Atractylodes Rhizoma treated with carbendazim, pyraclostrobin and isobactam were significantly higher than those in the control, which were increased by 41.95%, 26.44% and 17.91%, respectively. The total chlorophyll content of Atractylodes Rhizoma treated with carbendazim and pyraclostrobin was significantly higher than that of the control, which were increased by 27.27% and 19.45%, respectively. The four kinds of chemical treatments all increased the yield of Atractylodes atractylodes, and the yield of Atractylodes atractylodes under pyraclostrobin was the largest (3537.67 kg/hm2), which was 22.62% higher than that of the control. To sum up, the four kinds of chemical treatments significantly improved the emergence rate of Atractylodes japonica and promoted the growth of Atractylodes japonica, and increased the yield of Atractylodes Rhizoma. Among them, carbendazim, pyraclostrobin and isobactam were more beneficial to the growth of Atractylodes japonica.
