摘    要:通过在轻度重金属污染农田中施用5种土壤调理剂、5种微生物菌剂,比较重金属在土壤、玉米籽粒中积累情况和对产量影响,筛选可降低土壤、玉米籽实重金属含量的适宜调理剂。结果表明,调理剂和微生物菌剂均降低了土壤中重金属的含量,调理剂对玉米籽粒中As含量、微生物菌剂对玉米籽粒中Cd和As含量的降低效果较好,3种土壤调理剂和2种微生物菌剂处理增加了玉米产量。综合考虑,江苏天象、南京宁粮两种土壤调理剂和迈科珍微生物菌剂对降低土壤、玉米籽粒重金属含量,增加产量方面效果较好,建议在该地区进一步探索研究。

Abstract:By applying 5 kinds of soil conditioner and 5 kinds of microbial agent in mildly heavy metal polluted farmland, the accumulation of heavy metals in soil and corn grains and their effects on yield were compared, and the suitable conditioner which could reduce the content of heavy metals in soil and corn seeds was screened. The results showed that both the conditioner and microbial agent reduced the content of heavy metals in soil, and the conditioner had a better effect on the content of As in corn grains, and the microbial agent had a better effect on the content of Cd and As in corn grains. The treatments of three soil conditioners and two microbial agents increased the yield of corn. In conclusion, jiangsu Tianxiang soil conditioner and Nanjing Ningliang soil conditioner and Mykizhen microbial agent have better effects on reducing heavy metal content in soil and maize grains and increasing yield, suggesting further exploration and research in this area.
