10种杀菌剂对猕猴桃果实采后青霉病菌的室内毒力测定

摘    要:【目的】扩展青霉是猕猴桃的重要病害之一,严重影响品质与产量。通过试验,测定10种杀菌剂对猕猴桃果实采后青霉病菌(Penicillium expansum)的毒力。【方法】利用牛津杯法测定不同种杀菌剂对P.expansum的毒力。【结果】所供10种杀菌剂对P.expansum均有一定的抑菌作用,250 g/L丙环唑、95%肟菌酯WG、96%戊唑醇WP、40%双胍三辛烷基EC、95%苯醚甲环唑WP、50%咪鲜胺WP、95%多菌灵SC、0.5%申嗪霉素EC、500 g/L噻菌灵WP和95%甲基硫菌灵WP的EC50分别为0.1816、0.3892、0.6154、0.7736、0.9106 mg/kg、1.2419、9.2732、15.7540、31.3760和37.8791 mg/kg,实验结果表明250 g/L丙环唑抑菌效果最好,95%甲基硫菌灵WP毒力最弱。【结论】研究通过杀菌剂抑菌效果筛选可为猕猴桃果实采后青霉病的防治提供理论依据和技术参考。

Abstract:Objective]Penicillium.expansum is one of the important diseases of kiwifruit,which seriously affects the quality and yield of kiwifruit.Indoor toxicity test of 10 fungicides against P.expansum in kiwifruit was determined.Methods]The Indoor toxicity test of different fungicides against P.expansum was carried out with oxford cup method.Results]The results showed that all the 10 fungicides had certain inhibition effect on P.expansum and 250 g/L.The EC50 of 250 g/L Propiconazole,95%Trifloxystrobin,96%Tebuconazole,40%Iminoctadine tris,95%Difenoconazole,95%Prochloraz,95%Carbendazim,0.5%Phenazine1carboxylic acid,500 g/L Probenazole and 95%Thiophanatemethyl were 0.1816,0.3892,0.6154,0.7736,0.9106,1.2419,9.2732,15.7540,31.3760 and 37.8791 mg/kg respectively.Propiconazole had the best inhibition effect while 95%Thiophanatemethyl was the weakest one.Conclusion]In this study,the screening of antibacterial effects of fungicides could provide a theoretical basis and technical reference for the prevention and control of blue mold in postharvest kiwifruit.
