摘    要:以10个茄子自交系为亲本,按Griffing完全双列杂交方法Ⅱ配制组合,对茄子果皮红色素的配合力和遗传参数进行分析。结果表明,茄子果皮红色素受基因加性效应和非加性效应共同控制;茄子果皮红色素的一般配合力在各亲本间、特殊配合力在各组合间均存在显著差异;茄子果皮红色素是由显性基因起主要作用,性状受环境影响大,其狭义遗传力比较低,不利于早代选择。

Hereditary Analysis on Combining Ability of Red Pigment in Eggplant Peel

Abstract:This experiment uses 10 eggplants inbred lines,compounds 45 hybrid combinations according to the Griffin complete diallel crossing second set of plan,and The combining ability and genetic parametem of eggplant red pigment were analyzed.The results showed that eggplant red pigment was controlled by both additive and non-additive gene effects.The difference between genera/combining ability among parents and special combining ability among combinations was high.The special heri-tability of eggplant red pigment was was relatively lower, greatly affected by the environment, unfavorable for early selection.
