培养基基质对羊肚菌菌丝体和菌核生长特性的影响

摘    要:菌丝体和菌核的产生是羊肚菌子实体形成的重要阶段,而不同的培养基对菌丝和菌核产生的时间和数量有明显的影响。本文主要对两种野生羊肚菌菌株在不同培养基上菌丝生长及菌核产生的特征进行了研究。结果表明,M1在菌丝生长和菌核形成方面都优于M2,菌丝生长势强、菌核密度大;⑥号培养基在菌丝生长和菌核形成方面表现最好,其次是④号培养基,⑤号培养基表现最差。

Abstract:The producing of mycelium and sclerotia was the important stage.The effect was obvious for forming time and number of mycelium and sclerotia in different kinds of media. This paper studied mycelia growth states and sclerotia cultural characters of two wild straims for Morchellain different kinds of media. The results indicated that mycelial growth and sclerotia forming of M_(1)was better than M_(2); the growing power of hypha was stronger and the density of sclerotia was bigger.And VB_(1 ) promoted the growth of mycelia and sclerotia.
