农产品质量安全的概念辨析

摘    要:通过对农产品与食品概念的分析,以及从食物生产环节的角度探讨农产品与食品范围的界定,以满足我国当前食品安全"分段管理"的需要.同时分析了农产品质量和农产品安全的内涵,指出在我国现阶段政府干预农产品质量安全管理、选择公共政策时应侧重于农产品安全管理.

Abstract:The conceptions of agricultural product and food were analyzed, and the definitions of the scope of them were discussed from the process of food production. The definition would meet the requirement of the current situation of the agricultural product and the food administration in China. At the same time, the conception of agricultural food quality and safety were analyzed, and indicated that the government should focus on the agricultural food safety in the current stage.
