摘    要:冷却系统的性能对于保证发动机在适宜温度下稳定运转、提高发动机的使用寿命及燃油经济性至关重要。本研究首先基于牵引车发动机的实际参数进行冷却系统的理论计算计,确定其散热量、通风量及水流量;然后,基于此对冷却系统各模块参数进行选型,从而确定冷却系统的匹配方案;最后验证了冷却系统的性能。试验结果表明,该冷却系统匹配设计能够满足发动机的冷却需求,可为同类型的冷却系统匹配设计提供参考。

Abstract:The performance of the cooling system is crucial to ensure that the engine runs stably at a suitable temperature, and improves the service life and fuel economy of the engine. In this study, based on the actual parameters of the tractor engine, the theoretical calculation of the cooling system is carried out, and the heat dissipation, ventilation and water flow are determined; Then, based on this, the parameters of each module of the cooling system are selected to determine the matching scheme of the cooling system; Finally, the performance of the cooling system is verified. The test results show that the matching design of the cooling system can meet the cooling requirements of the engine, and can provide a reference for the matching design of the same type of cooling system.
