摘    要:在防虫网室内,人工接种水稻黑条矮缩病毒(Rice black-streaked dwarffijivirus,RBSDV)于3叶1心期至5叶1心郑单958玉米苗上。接种10 d后,每天调查症状,抽雄期测量植株上部幼嫩茎节长度;对接种病株和未接种健株的叶片进行横切;对茎节组织进行横切和纵切,荧光染色后,显微镜下观察横切片的细胞数量、形态变化,测量茎节纵切片的细胞长度。结果显示:与未接种的健康对照相比,受侵染的玉米叶片和茎节组织的韧皮部细胞畸形、数量剧增,且排列紊乱。感病植株的节间长度缩短,细胞伸长受阻。本研究通过组织细胞形态观察,明确了RBSDV侵染玉米后,所致内部组织细胞形态的变化和外部植株矮化、叶背蜡泪状突起等典型症状的相关性。
