牛产肠毒素性大肠杆菌病病原的分离与鉴定

黑龙江省安达市某牛场二月份发生牛腹泻，采集病牛腹泻物进行细菌分离培养，涂片、染色、镜检观察，并对其形态特征、培养特性、生化特性、药物敏感性及致病性等生物学特性进行研究。结果表明引起该病的病原是产肠毒素性大肠杆菌。该菌株对环丙沙星、阿莫西林、羧苄青霉素等高度敏感，而对链霉素、四环素、土霉素等表现耐药性。

Isolation and Identification The Etiology of Calves Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli

On february, bovine diarrhea was caused in a dairy from Anda city in Heilongjiang province. Collected bovine lax dejection and isolated bacteria. After incubation, smear, staining, microscopic examination,studied the biologic characteristic on the form characteristic, incubation characteristic, biochemistry characteristic, medicinal sensitivity and pathogenicity and so on. Results showed that these biologic characteristics were the same to E.coli. The isolated strain was highly sensitive to some medicine such as Ciprofloxacin, Amoxicillin, Carbenicillin, but not sensitive to estreptomicina, economycin, Oxytetracycline.
