微量元素铁、锌、硼对蝴蝶兰生长的影响

摘    要:以台湾蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis aphrodita Rchb. F)为研究材料,从植物生长的外在表现和内在机制探讨了微量元素铁、锌、硼对蝴蝶兰营养生长和生殖生长的影响.结果表明:试验中不同测定指标对于铁、锌、硼3种微量元素需求量存在差异.适合蝴蝶兰营养生长的微量元素组合是4.31 mg/L的铁元素、0.10 mg/L的锌元素和0.25 mg/L的硼元素;而适合蝴蝶兰生殖生长的微量元素组合是1.43 mg/L的铁元素、0.05 mg/L的锌元素和0.25 mg/L的硼元素.

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of iron,zinc and boron on vegetative and reproductive growth of Phalaenopsis aphrodita Rchb.F.in terms of the external performances and internal mechanism of the plant.Results showed that different indexes,such as leaf area index,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and chlorophyll content,exhibited various changes for P.aphrodita plants applied with different levels of iron,zinc and boron.The optimal micronutrient combination for...
