| 摘 要： | 世界农业发展出现许多问题,石油农业遇到不可克服的弊端。以十七大加强能源和生态环境保护,增强可持续发展能力……为目标,适合于发展中国家的替代农业—绿色农业提出以后落实不够,绿色农业的发展要使经济效益、生态效益、社会效益达到协调统一为出发点,对绿色农业经济发展系统要素功能进行介绍,提出对绿色农业经济发展系统要素合理配置的建议,促进绿色农业经济发展系统健康、持续和快速地发展。
