苜蓿不同加工工艺的比较

摘    要:以秋播第二茬初蕾期苜蓿为材料,设1)割后直接烘干;2)割后田里晒1d左右,次日人工烘干;3)割前1d用干燥剂处理,割后直接烘干;4)切短后在水泥地上自然干燥4组,4种工艺干燥效果试验。结果表明,人工烘干生产效率明显优于自然晒制,预晒1d后人工加工,生产1t干草耗时为3.04h。人工烘干产品的感观指标优于自然晒制,不同工艺对产品的主要常规成分没有明显影响。自然晒制干草成本最低;预晒1d后人工加工和干燥剂预处理后加工,生产1t干草的成本分别比割后直接烘干降低691.52元(下降82.84%)元和198.64元(下降23.80%)。自然干燥和人工干燥结合、干燥剂预处理是适合南方应用的快速、低耗的加工工艺。

Abstract:Effects of different processing technology of alfalfa on nutritive value,cost were studied.Alfalfa was dried artificially after cut,one-day natural drying,chemical drying agent treat and in the sun respectively.Artificial drying was more effective than natural drying,efficiency in artificial drying after one-day natural drying was 3.04 hours per ton of alfalfa hay.The appearance of artificial drying hay was better than that of natural drying hay.Processing technology had no obvious influence to routine composition of hay.Natural drying was lowest in the cost,the cost of artificial drying after one-day natural drying and after chemical drying agent treat were lower than that of directly drying after cut by 691.52 yuan and 198.64 yuan respectively.Combination of natural and artificial drying,chemical drying agent pretreatment were two crafts of processing hay to suit the south with quickness and low cost.
