关于半浮式端面密封的研究

经调查与研究发现,集材—50拖拉机支重轮轴承端面密封寿命低,实属结构设计问题。提出了一种新型的半浮式端面密封——O型橡胶弹簧压紧的内装、内流、半浮式合金铸铁端面密封。简化了机构,提高了寿命,为制造和运用带来了经济效益。提出了半浮式端面密封的设计计算方法。

Study on the Seal of Semi-floating Terminal Face

The short service life of the terminal face seal of supporting wheel bearing actually is due to structural design problem in J-50 tractor through survey and study. A new kind of the semi-floating terminal face seal--inner-ins tailing, inner-running and semi-floating alloy cast-iron terminal face seal packed by pattern 0 rubber spring is presented. It simplies structure, extends service life and brings economical profit for both manufacture and utilization. The calcula tion method of this semi-floating teminal face seal design was put fo r w a r d.
