区域试验点分辨力分析及在品种选育上的应用探索

摘    要:为比较不同区试点对产量及相关性状的分辨力大小,以AMMI模型中地点得分向量长度毋作为试点分辨力的指标,分析了2003—2006年福建省迟熟早稻区域试验9个试点的数据资料。结果表明:邵武、南靖试点的产量分辨力较高,宁德试点的产量分辨力较低;南靖、邵武对多数产量相关性状的分辨力较强,适于鉴别品种间较为微小的差异,是育种上选择改良目标性状的较合适地点;莆田、福州点对多数产量相关性状的分辨力较弱,难以鉴别出小的差异,适于作为育种选择的压力点。

Abstract:Based on results of Fujian provincal rice cultivar trials of late maturing early indica rice group during the year of 2003 - 2006, 9 rice locations were comprehensively evaluated using productive level, precision, distinguishing ability, representation and validity. The results showed that Shaowu and Nanjing location had high distinguishing ability, Ningde location had low distinguishing ability, Fuzhou and Putian location had low distinguishing ability. Therefore, Shaowu and Nanjing location were fit to distinguish rarity which had extensive adaptability, and they were fitting the double rice locations and breeding spot in Fujian.
