不同油菜品种对土壤镉的吸收试验初探

摘    要:通过对川油Ⅱ-10、花油5号、油研7号、史力丰、川中油18号等油菜品种对土壤镉的吸收进行盆栽试验,结果表明,不同品种油菜对土壤镉均有一定的吸收累积作用,川油Ⅱ-10的平均单株吸收镉量最高,达52.31μg;油菜吸收累积镉的主要部位是根系和茎,其中根系所吸收累积的镉所占比例最高,为整个油菜植株所吸收累积的镉总量的50%-70%,茎次之,所占比例为30%-40%;叶所吸收累积的镉所占比例很少,约为1%-2%。

Abstract:According to the potting experiment of different rape varieties such as Chuanyou 11 -10, Huayou5, Youyan7, Shilifeng and Chuanzhongyoul8, the absorption ability of rape to soil cadmium has been studied, the results show that all the tested varieties have somewhat ability to absorb and accumulate eadmium from soil, the absorbed cadmium per stem of Chuanyou II -10 is the highest (52.31p, g per stem);the main organs of rape that absorb and accumulate cadmium are root and stem, among them, the absorption ratio of root is the highest , about 50%-70% of the total, stem's is about 30%-40%, leaves' is only about 1%-2%.
