梅岭霉素检测方法的研究

摘    要:本文通过对梅岭霉素(Meilingmycin)的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、紫外检测法(UV)和杀蚕生物活性检测法(BA)的研究,分别建立了梅岭霉素HPLC法、UV法和BA检测方法。通过三种检测法之间的相关性回归分析,三种检测方法相互呈直线关系。12个不同发酵单位的梅岭霉素发酵样品,分别采用HPLC法、UV法和BA法进行梅岭霉素发酵单位检测,对结果的进一步分析表明:UV法与HPLC法相比测定误差6.28%;BA法分别与HPLC法和UV法检测结果相比,其误差分别为10.48%和3.95%。

Abstract:In this paper three methods that are UV-spectrophotometry, HPLC and BA,are employed to determine the content of Meilingmycin. Twelve samples are tested respectively by each of the three methods. The results shows that the intervelation among UV, HPLC and BA is rectilineal. It is found after a further analysis of the results that the error between UV and HPLC is 6.28%, while it is 10.48% between BA and HPLC, and 3.95% between BA and UV.
