| 摘 要： | 黄羊为国家二级保护野生动物。应用黄羊外耳耳尖微小毛皮块提取14只黄羊的DNA，给出了部分试剂的配制和预处理、实验方法和操作、DNA提取物的测量等。

| Abstract: | Mongolian gazelle1e(Procapra gutturosa )is listed as the second-class protected animal in China.The method of DNA ext raction from imcro-fur pieces obtained from external ear tip of Mongolian gazell e1e was discussed in this paper.Furthermore,the blending and pretreatment of som e kinds of reagent,experiment method and operation point,measurement of DNA extr act et al were also offered in this Paper. |
