对海星各组织器官皂苷含量研究

[目的]探讨海星各组织器官中的皂苷含量。[方法]以罗氏海盘车作为试验材料,利用稀醇提取法获得水溶性海星皂苷粗品,并计算各组织器官中的皂苷含量。[结果]海星胃中的皂苷比例最高,生殖腺中皂苷含量最多。[结论]应尽量以海星生殖腺为原材料提取皂苷成分。

Comparative Study of Saponin Content in Tissues and Organs in Asterias rollestoni

[Objective] To investigate the asterosaponins content in tissues and organs of Asterias rollestoni.[Method] Asterias rollestoni were used as test material.Water-soluble crude Starfish saponins were extracted using diluted ethanol method and the saponin content in different tissues and organs were calculated.[Result] The mass percent of saponins was highest in stomach,and the content was highest in gonads.[Conclusion] Starfish gonads should be used for extracting saponins.
