杏树体内苦杏仁甙含量变化研究

摘    要:研究结果表明:杏树叶片中苦杏仁甙(Am)含量的变化趋势呈单峰曲线;在休眠期,1年生枝条韧皮部Am含量较高,而木质部Am含量较低;在旺盛生长期,韧皮部Am含量较低,而木质部Am含量较高;果肉及种仁的Am含量变化趋势基本相似,都呈上升趋势,5月中旬前果肉中Am含量高于种仁;之后,种仁Am含量大于果肉。

Abstract:The results showed that:the trend of amygdalin content in leaves was a single peak line;among annual variation amygdalin content in phloem of branches was higer in dormancy,but amygdalin content in xylem of branches was lower in dormancy.In vigorous period,amygdalin content in phloem was lower,and yet,amygdalin content in xylem of branches was higher.The trend of amygdalin content in flesh and kernel was similitude.before the middle of May amygdalin content in flesh was higher than kernel,since the middle of May amygdalin content in kerne was higher than in flesh.
