大雁新城疫病毒的分离鉴定

在自由生活状态下的野生鸟类中,虽然NDV或血清抗体检测阳性的情况较为常见,但群体中ND暴发导致发病死亡的情况却罕有报道。而在人工饲养条件下,多种鸟类可以感染NDV并导致疾病发生。2009年11月吉林省某动物园水禽饲养园的大雁、鹳等突然死亡,发病急、病程短、无明显特征性症状,同群体其他种类的动物(如野鸭等)无发病情况。通过病毒分离、电镜形态观察、血清学鉴定和致病性试验等,对该病原进行了分离和鉴定,为最终成功预防控制该病提供理论基础。
