摘    要:研究了AM真菌盆栽培养方法最佳培养基质的筛选和营养液施用对G.mosseae生长繁殖的影响。结果表明:基质JⅢ(壤土、混合沙体积比为1:1)和JⅠ(混合沙、壤土、蛭石、沸石体积比为2:1:1:1)的AM真菌繁殖效果最好,筛选为最佳培养基质。营养液施用试验中,基质J1宿主为高粱和白三叶草不施营养液,及基质J0宿主为白三叶草每30d施一次1/10浓度Hongland营养液的2个处理孢子数均高于其他处理。即培养基质中速效磷的含量在10mg/kg左右对G.mosseae孢子的生成最有利,过多或过少会起抑制作用。

Abstract:Some factors affected the quality of inoculum in pot culture for producing AM fungi inoculum.In this paper,the influence of composition of medium,and the replenishment of nutrient solution on the quality of G mosseae inoculum were studied.The results showed that different mediums have different nutrient status,aeration and water holding capacity;and therefore,have different influences on the growth and reproduction of mycorrhizal fungi.In five mediums loam soil mixed with equal amount of sand was proved to have the highest number of spores.The nutrient status,especially the content of Olsen P,could change the quality of inoculum.In five levels of nutrient status 10 mg/kg of Olsen P was the most favorable for the production of AM fungi spores.
