摘    要:以玉米芯、玉米秸秆及稻草为主料设置不同培养料配方栽培香菇,对各培养料的碳氮营养及不同培养料对香菇菌丝生长和对子实体形态、产量、营养成分的影响进行了研究.结果表明,以玉米芯为主料的培养料配方碳氮营养充足、C/N比合适,香菇菌丝生长正常,子实体的个体较大、营养含量丰富、生物学效率较高;以玉米秸秆或稻草为主料的培养料配方,由于培养料密度小、质地蓬松、C/N比较低,香菇菌丝转色不好、产量低.

Abstract:Nine formulations were designed to cultivate Lentinus edodes, taking corn cob, corn stalk and rice grass stalk as key components. Carbon and nitrogen nutrition, mycelia growth, fruit body characteristics, yield and nutrition analysis of the fruit body were analyzed. Result showed taking corn cob formulation had enough carbon and nitrogen nutrition, C/N ratio was fitful, mycelia growth was regular, fruit body was huge, yield was higher than conventional formulation, which was better. The other formulations taking corn stalk and rice grass stalk as key components were inferior, for their insufficient carbon and nitrogen nutrition, low C/N ratio, bad quality of colour changing, and low yield.
