灵芝发酵产物加薏苡仁对小鼠抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:测定了灵芝发酵产物和添加薏苡仁的灵芝发酵产物对小鼠抗氧化性。结果表明:灵芝和加薏苡仁后的灵芝能提高小鼠的器官指数和SOD、GSH-PX活性、降低组织中MDA、脑褐素的含量。添加薏苡仁后的灵芝中剂量组能提高血清肝组织中的SOD活性,而低剂量组能提高脑中的SOD活性;低剂量组能降低血清中MDA含量,而中剂量组能降低脑中MDA的含量;低剂量组能提高血清、肝的GSH-PX活性,但不能提高对脑中的GSH-PX活性;高剂量组能降低心脂褐素的含量,而中剂量组能降低脑脂褐素的含量。

Abstract:Experiments on antioxidant of rat of fermention production of Gandermd lucidum and Ganderma lucidum with Coix.lachryma were determinated.The result showed that fermention prodution of G.lucidum and G.lucidumwith Coix.lachryma could improve the organ index and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutothine peroxidase(GSH-PX),and reduce the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),lipofuscin(LF).The middle dose could improve the activity of SOD in the blood and liver after adding Coix.lachryma of Ganderma lucidum,but for the brain,the low dose was suitable;the low dose group could reduce the content of MDA in the blood and the middle dose was good for the brain;the lower dose could improve the activity of GSH-PX in the blood and the liver,but not for the brain;the high dose could reduce the content of LF in the heart,but middle dose was better in the brain.
