| 摘 要： | 采用显微及扫描电镜观察,对牡丹和芍药部分品种的根器官进行比较解剖研究.结果表明: 根初生结构,牡丹根的内皮层细胞排列不够紧密、凯氏带结构不明显,芍药根的内皮层细胞排列紧密、无细胞间隙、凯氏带结构比较明显;牡丹根的中央为数个后生木质部的大导管、无髓,芍药根的中央由薄壁组织形成髓.根次生结构,牡丹根次生韧皮部占主要部分,而芍药根次生木质部占主要部分.

| Abstract: | The root's structure of Tree Peony and Herbaceous Peony were comparatively anatomized with microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The result showed that: in the primary phloem of root,cells of endodermis in Tree Peony's were arranged loosely and Casparian strip was not evident,while the cells of endodermis were arranged closely with no spacing between each other,casparian strip was evident in Herbaceous Peony's root.In the center of Tree Peony's root were a number of metaxylem's big vessels,no pit... |
