摘    要:提高食品质量与安全意识,进行掺伪食品鉴别的实验教学改革与实践。精心编写教材,合理安排实验内容;抓好实验秩序,提高动手能力;抓好实验"三步"———预习、记录、实验报告,确保教学质量;综合评定成绩,调动学生积极性。

Abstract:In order to improve the consciousness of food quality and safety,the experiment teaching reform and practice of fake food were studied in this paper. The editing and writing of book carefully,arrangement of experiment reasonably,grasp of experiment order,improvement of operation ability. The teaching quality were guaranteed by grasp of experiment three-step such as preparation,recording,experiment report;assessing of synthesis score and increasing of student's activity.
