| Abstract: | Five ursane type triterpene glucosyl esters including a new one, 2α,3β-dihydroxyurs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1) were isolated from the bark of Terminalia arjuna, along with two known phenolic compounds. It is the first report of ursane type triterpenoids from this species. |
